TELL US YOUR SOURCING PLAN
You can contact us by email and phone to obtain the procurement plan, or visit our showroom in Germany and have face-to-face communication. We will arrange a sourcing agent to contact you within as soon as possible, and he/she will be responsible for your purchase until you receive the product.
STEP 2:
GET THE QUOTATION
Our sourcing team will start the sourcing, clarifying scope of manufacturers, suppliers and sub-contractors, cross-check prices, make basic supplier verification, you will get a PDF file with 3-5 supplier quotations.
STEP 3:
PLACE SAMPLE ORDER AND CHECK SAMPLE
We will discuss with you and choose one or two suppliers to place sample orders.You send payment to us by PalPal or other payment method.
We will send the samples to your office for sample testing. Or supplier will send sample to our Office in China, after receiving the samples, we will start a video call with you, and take photos and video of sample, you will also receive a suggestion from us about quality of the sample.
STEP 4:
PLACE BULK ORDER AND START PRODUCTION
After you confirmed the sample and choose the final supplier, we will secure the agreed terms and negotiate terms of payment, delivery time, packaging, labeling, after sale and specify manufacturer’s quality assurance commitments. After that, the supplier will start bulk production.
STEP 5:
INSPECTION, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We will follow the whole process during production, ensures our clients to get the most updated status and everything is under control and on schedule.
We will do final quality inspection before the supplier send out the goods.
You need to pay the balance, when the supplier completed the production output and delivery.
